Data-deletion instructions

To delete your data, send the exact message DELETE MY DATA to TickPing from the WhatsApp number whose data should be removed. TickPing will ask you to reply CONFIRM DELETE within 15 minutes. You can reply CANCEL DELETE instead to keep your account.

What will be removed

TickPing will permanently remove your WhatsApp identifier, phone number, display name, consent and preference records, personal lists, tasks you created, reminder data, message history, and associated operational records. You will be removed from shared lists. A shared list you own will pass to another member when possible so their data is not erased.

Timing

Deletion is processed immediately after TickPing receives CONFIRM DELETE from the same WhatsApp number. The confirmation window expires after 15 minutes.
