Privacy Policy

TickPing is a limited test service that turns WhatsApp messages into personal tasks and reminders.

Information processed

The service processes your WhatsApp business-scoped identifier and, when available, your phone number; your profile display name or username; messages sent to the bot; task titles and due dates; task status; preferences; consent records; and limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. If you use the contact form, TickPing also processes the name, email address, and message you submit.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the task-list experience, deliver requested replies and reminders, respond to contact requests, prevent duplicate processing, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service from misuse. Personal information is not sold or used for advertising.

Service providers

Messages are transmitted through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Application data is hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. OpenRouter and selected AI model providers process task text and voice-note audio to understand requests and produce transcripts. Cloudflare provides website security and bot protection. Resend delivers contact-form emails, and the support mailbox provider stores them. These providers process data as needed to deliver their services.

Website cookies and tracking

The public informational pages at tickping.app do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. When a mobile visitor taps “Try on WhatsApp,” TickPing records one anonymous event for that page session so aggregate usage can be measured. The event uses a random page-session identifier only to prevent duplicate counting; no cookie, persistent visitor identifier, phone number, message text, or IP address is stored with it. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited browser and network signals to distinguish people from automated abuse.

Retention and deletion

Test data is retained while the service is being evaluated or until deletion is requested. Contact messages remain in the support mailbox only as needed to respond and resolve the request. Follow the data-deletion instructions to request removal.

Security and scope

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but this is a test service. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive content to the bot.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the test becomes a production service. The effective date above will change when material updates are made.
